Unlimited movie downloads: By Jim Bittner
Hello my name is Jim and I once used sites like Kazaa, and Limewire to download movies. As you probably know these sites take forever for a movie to download, and the movies don t work half the time. It is also illegal to download from these sites. I quit using them. Then I found a site that will give you unlimited access to download any movie you want. I have access to all the new movies I want, and old ones too. It is way faster than those free sites that take days to download. I love the site so much that I told everyone I know about this site. Me and my friends order certain movies then we all burn a copy for each other. There are way too many movies the site makes available for you to download and burn that I get help from my friends. It s a win-win situation. And get this they also give you the option to download any song you want its not just movies. When I found this site I was extremely happy because if you love movies like I do they can get very expensive to rent. They have over 14 million downloadable songs, and movies. They don t charge you a per- download fee like some other places do. The movies are very high quality, and get this they have technical support. When choosing a download site you should make sure they have someone there to help when you need it. I signed up for sites that didn t have anyone there to help if I needed it. I don t think that s good business. I download movies and music faster than I did before and I watch them all the time after I burn them. Just be careful on what sites you download from. After allot of research I know what sites are the best, and I am sticking with what I use now. Why would I choose a different site when I found a winner? Anyone can download movies, and music on their pc and burn them to play at home. You can do it legally without getting trouble. to learn more on how to download movies Click Here

Discovering The Best Antivirus Software For You
Antivirus software refers to computer programs or tools that are used for identifying, blocking, and removing malicious applications such as computer viruses and malwares from the system. They have become essential tools for any computer user in today?s world of constant threat from virus attacks, spywares, system hijackers, etc.

An antivirus application performs two basic functions. The first is to scan all files, according to user preference, and identify the virus based on matching definitions in its database. This is known as virus dictionary or database approach of identifying viruses. Secondly, if run in real time, it tries to identify and suspicious activities occurring in the system, which may be triggered by other computer programs in the operating system. This is known as suspicious behavior approach. These two functions are the basis on which most antivirus software programs are built.

The Database Approach:

When the antivirus identifies a virus that matches any code or definition in its database, it will alert the user, and the user has the option of repairing, quarantining, deleting or analyzing the infected file. If the virus cannot be removed from the infected file, it is usually set to quarantine. However, users also have the option of immediately deleting the file thereby eliminating any further threats, or before the virus can execute itself. The infected file can also be sent to the software company for analysis and inclusion in the database, or if the antivirus has the feature, the user can analyze the infected file by self.

Since new viruses are created everyday, the virus database of the antivirus has to be updated continually. Almost all database updates are free and they can be scheduled or done manually.

Suspicious Behavior Approach:

There is no attempt to identify known viruses here like in the dictionary approach. Every activity and behavior in the system is monitored here by the antivirus. Therefore, this approach may protect from new viruses which has not yet been identified out of suspicion. However, this approach has mostly been abandoned by many antivirus companies because of its tendency to sound too many false positives. And today, there are so many non-malicious programs which can modify other executable files in disregard to the false positive issue. So this technique has become almost obsolete.

Popular Antivirus Software:

Norton Antivirus: One of the most well-known antivirus software, Norton automatically detects and removes viruses, rids computer of unwanted spyware, and scans email and IM attachments for threats.

McAfee VirusScan: The antivirus detects, blocks, and removes viruses and spyware, and protects irreplaceable documents such as digital photos, family movies, and financial spreadsheets, identity theft and slower PC performance.

PC-cillin Internet Security: From Trend Micro, it is an award-winning antivirus security and a personal firewall. Protects against viruses, worms, Trojans, and hackers, detects and removes spyware and blocks spam. Also protects your wireless network with Wi-Fi Intrusion Detection.

Panda Titanium: It uses TruPrevent Technologies, offering a double layer of protection against unknown viruses and intruders. It also protects system from hackers, phishing and other online fraud.

Why Mozilla Firefox is So Popular?
If we want to understand the reasons behind Firefox success we have to find the origins of the browser. During, September 2002 the first version of the browser was released to the public called Phoenix. The browser was based on Gecko engine from Mozilla Suite. After, a number of releases the name was changed to Firebird but due to a legal dispute it was changed again to Firefox. This browser has received a great deal of publicity as an alternative browser to Internet Explorer.

There are many factors behind Firefox’s success but I think the added features and the marketing strategy make a whole lot difference in users’ adopting the software. Another thing, I want to add is that Internet Explorer after winning the battle with Netscape’s browser was left with no significant changes. Of course, this has changed with the upcoming new version of windows called Vista and a new version of Internet Explorer. I suppose Microsoft is trying to correct some omissions and bugs in various levels of the browser.

We are now going to explore the main features Firefox has at the moment. One of the main goal of the developers working in Firefox is enhanced usability and accessibility for the end user. Tabbed browsing, where you load many pages on the same window, is a valuable feature in Firefox as it can make your browsing a lot faster. Also, pop-up blocking eliminates those irritating ads and the user can easily find information on a particular page using the ‘find as you type’ feature. The built in search bar includes all the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo etc. and you can add more search engines if you want. People working on the accessibility of the browser have manged to make Firefox work with several screen readers, screen magnifiers and on-screen keyboards. These accessibility features can help people with impairments browse the Internet easier than before.

Another feature Firefox users like very much is that they can customize easily many aspects of the browser. Extensions such as the popular web developer or the Venkman debugger can be added to the browser and enhance the functionality of Firefox. Users, often like to have an appearance according to their preferences so they use different themes in Firefox. Therefore, themes are used to change the visual appearance of the browser.

Security is really important for end users and corporations. Both, want a secure browser that they can trust without the security holes of Internet Explorer and its ActiveX technology. Mozilla Firefox fulfills this requirement mainly by giving the opportunity to other developers to check the code for security bugs and using various successful security techniques and models such as the sandbox security model. In addition, the browser can be used in many different platforms and the source code is freely available for anyone to compile it and contribute to the project.

We have seen numerous features that Firefox has but I would like to talk a little bit about the marketing strategy that is used. The development of the browser is supported by search engines Google and Yahoo through partnerships and mostly by the open source community. Mozilla Foundation which is responsible for the development of the browser believes that community based marketing can be successful. They have proven their point by using a community based marketing web site called spreadfirefox.com. They were able to place an ad on New York Times through donations made by the community of developers and devotees during the release of Firefox 1.0.

The secret behind Firefox’s success is the valuable features available for the user and the enthusiastic community which helps financially through donations and spreads the word.

AKVIS Sketch: Convert a Photo into Pencil, Coal or Watercolor Drawing
AKVIS Sketch 1.1 is a plugin for conversion of photos into pencil sketches and watercolor drawings. Photo-to-sketch conversion can be a lot of fun and open for you new ways of creativity. If you have always been wondering how to draw or paint, now you can embody your ideas with AKVIS Sketch. You can make any photo look like B&W or color drawing, imitate the technique of graphite or color pencil, charcoal or watercolor painting. Surprise your friends and relatives by presenting them their pencil portraits. Make a watercolor drawing out of a photo from your last nature shooting to decorate your room. Convert your own photo into a color sketch to print on a T-shirt. Home users will be delighted by the neat result of the photo-to-sketch conversion. Now you do not need to handle a pencil to feel like an artist. All you need to create your original work of art is good taste and AKVIS Sketch. The program can be helpful to designers who need to quickly bring images to one style for a web-site or an advertisement booklet. In contrast to the similar standard filters (like the built-in filters in Photoshop or PSP) that offer an approximate sketch, AKVIS Sketch provides a convincing result that comes very close to hand-drawn works of a human artist. Getting a similar result with the standard tools would require expertise in image editing and extensive manipulation with layers, masks, brushes and applying filters. AKVIS Sketch has a simple interface with a few sliders. At first you can process the image with the default settings and then touch up the photo adding color, or trying different techniques - from pencil to charcoal or watercolor. You can make the hatching denser or finer and change the pitch angle of strokes. For a free trial, AKVIS offers 10 days of fully functional use. AKVIS Sketch plugin is compatible with Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, Corel Painter, Corel Photo-Paint and other image editors.

The program s functions have been significantly enhanced thus making the program more convenient to work with. Now SearchInform saves files for indexing added by the user in a separate file, which let s you save their support even after reinstalling the program. The organization of system file storage was also optimized. Another innovation had to do with the indexing process: SearchInform 2.3.01 now supports search in ThunderBird mail client messages, mIRC messages are available for indexing and browsing of MS Outlook messages has been optimized. There have also been improvements in SearchInform Corporate Enterprise, which lets you index all of the available information from all the computers in the local network of the organization and puts it all together in a single database. Documents on disks, information systems, e-mail messages, instant messaging programs like MSN and ICQ all that is processed and used in the query search.
